THE Bureau of Customs (BoC) warned the public against fraudulent social media accounts using illegally obtained photos of Customs Commissioner Bienvenido Rubio and making false pretenses and representations.
These unauthorized accounts are misleading individuals by requesting money for customs-related activities, deceiving possible victims into believing that such transactions are legitimate.
