IN a groundbreaking initiative aimed at boosting the nation’s information and communications technology (ICT) workforce, the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), in collaboration with PCI Innovations Tech Center Inc. and Coursera, has successfully implemented the ICT Literacy and Competency Development Bureau’s Massive Open Online Courses (ILCDB-MOOCs) project.
Currently, there are 3,400 completed certificates among government officials, educators and the private sector, and the project is driving a new wave of upskilling and reskilling across various industries.
