PROPERTY developer Megaworld Corp. is building a 17-story smart residential condominium property in San Fernando, Pampanga City, amid strong demand for themed residences in the area.
The 361-room, Parisian-inspired Saint-Marcel Residences will be the fourth condo development in the 35.6-hectare Capital Town township, said Eugene Lozano, Megaworld senior vice president.
