MANILA, Philippines — Phinma Properties has launched its first township development in Bacolod City called Saludad.
The property development arm of the Del Rosario family’s Phinma Group is investing P12 billion for the development of the 21-hectare township.
The company said that the project is part of the Phinma Group’s commitment “to making lives better by creating sustainable communities and spurring regional development.”
Saludad will have a business district with commercial opportunities for local entrepreneurs and professionals.
It will also feature essential services from the Phinma Group, such as accessible and quality learning from Phinma Education as well as hotel and event spaces from Phinma Hospitality.
Phinma Properties has partnered with JEPP Real Estate Co. of the Jacinto, Echaus and Puentevella families for the master-planned development.
“Bacolodnon culture immensely values family and community, the basic units of society that we in the Phinma Group mainly cater to. This township will provide Bacolodnons and other locals more opportunities to improve their lives while finding their own community in Saludad,” Phinma Corp. chairman and CEO Ramon del Rosario Jr. said.
“This certainly inspires the group to harness our businesses’ strengths and ramp up investments to boost development in our regions and impact more lives. By building sustainable communities, we reaffirm our commitment to nation-building,” he said.
To be developed inside Saludad is a residential community called Likha Estates which will feature modern living spaces, upscale amenities and green spaces.
Saludad’s town center will likewise feature a curated selection of dining, shopping and entertainment choices for residents and visitors.
The first phase of the township is eyed for completion by December 2025, while the development of the second phase will commence on January 2026 and is targeted to be finished by 2028.
