MEGAWORLD Corp. expects to generate P3 billion in sales from the Bellagio Palawan, its first upscale condominium development in Puerto Princesa City.

“Once completed, it will become a vibrant lifestyle estate that will mirror the excitement that characterized Forbes Town in BGC (Bonifacio Global City) through the years,” Megaworld Palawan Vice President Javier Romeo Abustan said.

“We envision Baytown to be the ‘new lifestyle capital’ of Puerto Princesa City,” he added.

The 12-story 188 “smart home” condo will be situated in Megaworld’s Baytown Palawan township. Scheduled for completion by 2030, the units will come with balconies and lanais with varying layouts and sizes of up to 109 square meters for three-bedroom suites.

Launched in 2023, the 6-hectare Baytown Palawan is one of Megaworld’s two township developments on the island together with wholly owned subsidiary Suntrust Properties Inc.
