MANILA, Philippines — As Typhoon “Ofel” whips parts of Northern Luzon, another tropical cyclone, “Man-yi” (international name) is forecast to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Thursday evening, according to the state-run weather agency.
Nathaniel Servando, Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) administrator, told The Manila Times that once Man-yi has entered PAR, it will be called “Pepito.”
