A magnitude 5.0 earthquake struck in the waters off Cagwait, Surigao del Sur on Wednesday afternoon at 4:59 p.m., PHIVOLCS said.
State seismologists said the earthquake of tectonic origin struck had a depth of 10 kilometers.

- Intensity I – City of Bislig, Surigao del Sur
