MANILA, Philippines — Three weather systems – northeast monsoon (amihan), shear line and localized thunderstorms – will be bringing scattered and isolated rain showers and thunderstorms in most parts of the archipelago over the next 24 hours, the state weather bureau said on Friday.
In its 5 a.m. advisory, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said it has not monitored any tropical cyclone or low pressure forming inside or outside the country’s area of responsibility.
