MANILA, Philippines—Scattered and isolated rain showers and thunderstorms especially in late afternoon or at night will prevail in most parts of the country due to four weather systems, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Monday.
Weather specialist Aldczar Aurelio said the shear line or the convergence of hot and cold air is affecting Quezon, Marinduque, Oriental Mindoro and Bicol Region where cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms would be likely
