MANILA, Philippines —The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that close to 900 examinees passed the Dentist Licensure Examinations (DLE).
Out of 1,287 examinees, 873 of them (67.83 percent) passed the DLE.
The top 10 are:
1. Beamor Dante Carranza – Adventist University of the Philippines (84.40 percent)
2. Lovely Pamela Regarde Rizare – University of the Philippines (UP)-Manila (84.33 percent)
3. Kisha Dana Ang Cabuyadao – UP Manila (84.30 percent)
4. Derrick Dee Vibal Haluag – UP Manila (84.14 percent)
5. Kryshia Denille Danao Placer – Centro Escolar University (CEU)-Manila; Jillianne Alejandro Santos – UP Manila (84.10 percent)
6. Xyra Lao Camet – Emilio Aguinaldo College-Dasmariñas (83.87 percent)
7. Nianne Carla Santos Hernandez – UP Manila; Sean Gabriel Vea Sagarbarria – Lyceum of the Philippines-Batangas (83.83 percent)
8. Larriz Mae Donor Francisco – Emilio Aguinaldo College-Dasmariñas (83.80 percent)
9. Sandra Rachelle Ong Yao – UP Manila (83.50 percent)
10. Johna Mae Mendez – Emilio Aguinaldo College-Dasmariñas (83.46 percent)
Six of the top 10 passers were all from UP Diliman while the University of the East (UE), despite none of its passers making the top 10, had 54 out of its 58 examinees or 93.10 percent making it.
The Dentists Board Exam was conducted from Dec. 9 to 14 at testing centers in Metro Manila.
