MANILA, Philippines — The country can expect isolated and scattered rains and thunderstorms until Christmas Day due to the effects of three weather systems, the state weather bureau said on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, weather specialist Rhea Torres of the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the tropical cyclone, “Romina,” or “Pabuk” (international name) was no longer directly affecting areas in Palawan and the Kalayaan Islands.
