SEN. Bong Revilla Jr. and ACT-CIS Party-list Rep. Erwin Tulfo were the leading contenders in the latest “Boses ng Bayan” senatorial survey conducted by RPMD Foundation Inc. for the 2025 elections.

Conducted from Dec. 20 to 28, 2024, the survey aimed to gauge voter sentiment by asking 3,500 respondents nationwide to name up to 12 candidates they would most likely support if the elections were held today.

Revilla and Tulfo were statistically tied at the top of the rankings with 54 and 53 percent, respectively, followed closely by Sen. Bong Go and former Senate president Tito Sotto in third and fourth places. Completing the top five is former senator Manny Pacquiao.

Broadcaster Ben Tulfo follows in sixth place, while Sen. Pia Cayetano and former interior secretary Benhur Abalos Jr. share the seventh and eighth spots. Sen. Francis Tolentino ranked ninth, with Las Piñas Rep. Camille Villar rounding out the top ten.

Dr. Paul Martinez, Global Affairs Analyst and executive director of RPMD, underscored the significance of the “Boses ng Bayan” survey in providing a credible reflection of voter sentiment.

The survey’s sampling methodology ensured a representative cross-section of the Filipino electorate, with a margin of error of ±2 percent and a 95 percent confidence level.

“The results highlight a dynamic mix of seasoned politicians, public figures, and emerging leaders. This diverse roster underscores the electorate’s evolving priorities as the 2025 elections approach,” Martinez said.
