Here’s the Cherry Blossom forecast for 2025, according to the Japan Meteorological Corporation

Is it time to start planning your Cherry Blossom Chase of 2025? Because the Japan Meteorological Corporation has released its Cherry Blossom forecast for the year!

Sakura is estimated to start blossoming in Tokyo around March 24 and will reach its full bloom by the end of March.

Osaka and Kyoto will see the Cherry Blossom between March 27 and April 4, when it reaches full bloom, while nearby Kobe will see the Sakura around March 28 through April 5 and neighboring Nara between March 30 and April 6.

In Fukuoka, it will start slightly earlier on March 22 and is expected to bloom until March 31, while in Yokohama, the famous flowers will start blossoming on March 25 and will reach its full bloom on April 2.

The Sakura is forecasted to bloom in Nagoya on March 24 with its full bloom expected on April 2, 

The colder parts of the country, like Hokkaido, will be the last to see the Sakura in bloom, with the Cherry Blossoms expected to bloom in Sapporo from around May 1 until around May 6.
