MANILA, Philippines — Jameson Blake and Barbie Forteza have both stated separately that they are not in a relationship, but photos and videos of them holding hands at the GMA Gala 2025 have sparked renewed speculation.
Several reports, including one by GMA News, noted that Barbie and Jameson were seen walking hand in hand around the Marriott Manila Hotel in Pasay City on Saturday night, August 2.
The annual gala was a well-attended event, and Barbie, one of GMA-7’s prized talents, was expected to be present.
Videos taken by GMA reporters showed the two holding hands in their gala outfits: Jameson in a black suit and tie, and Barbie in a striking red ensemble.
Barbie described Jameson as a friend who shares her interest in running. She spoke about her relationship status during an interview with reporters, including Philstar.com, at the press conference for her horror film “P77,” which is now showing.
Jameson also denied the dating rumors, telling showbiz host Ogie Diaz that he and Barbie are not in a relationship.
