CITING strategies in addressing climate systemic risks, Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Undersecretary Analiza Rebuelta-Teh urged the department’s officials in Region 2 (Cagayan Valley) to plan and budget for a climate-resilient road map.
Rebuelta-Teh, DENR undersecretary for finance, information systems and climate change, attended the DENR Region 2 Second Quarter Regional Management Conference held in Santa Ana town in Cagayan province on June 13 to 15.
