MANILA, Philippines — House Deputy Minority Leader and ACT Teachers Partylist Rep. France Castro called on the leadership of the House of Representatives to expedite the passage of House Bill 207 which seeks to include Philippine history as a separate subject in high school.
She made the call following the order of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to incoming Education secretary Sonny Angara to improve the teaching of Philippine history.
