Parts of Caloocan, Bulacan, Cavite to experience power interruptions on July 9-10

Parts of Tala in Caloocan City; Malolos and Plaridel in Bulacan; and Silang in Cavite will experience power service interruptions on July 9 and 10 due to scheduled maintenance activities.

In an advisory posted on its website, Manila Electric Company (Meralco) said it will be relocating facilities to serve SMC Mass Rail Transit 7 along Quirino Highway in Tala, Caloocan City.

Affected between 11 p.m., Tuesday, July 9, and 6 a.m., Wednesday, July 10, are:

• Portion of Quirino Highway from St. Dominic Savio College to near Padi’s Pares including Bankers Village 2, Cefels Park 3 Subd., Malaria Area Phase 11 Packages 9 & 10, Malaria MRH Subd., Miramonte Heights Subd., Miramonte Park Subd., Pangarap Village, Soldiers Hills Subd. 3 and VMP Townhouse; Camia, Dahlia, Hochaville, Purok 2, Malaria 1, Malaria Road and Manggahan Sts. in Malaria Compound; Mt. Banawe, Mt. Bulusan and Sierra Madre Sts. in Mountain Heights Subd.; Barracks, Camia, CBY Road – St. Peter, Malaria, St. Joseph and St. Peter Sts.; Mhello Plastic Products Corp., Veneto Foods Corp., Mercury Drugstore, Puregold – Quirino Highway, Savemore Market – HGL Bldg. and Metroplaza Mall.

There will also be line reconductoring works and replacement of badly leaning poles along Gov. Padilla Road in Bgy. Agnaya, Plaridel, Bulacan on July 10.

Affected between 2 a.m. and 2:30 a.m. and then between 4:30 a.m. and 5 a.m. are:

• Portion of A. Mabini St. and Gov. Padilla Road from Meralco – Malolos Substation in Bgy. Santisima Trinidad, Malolos City to near Doña Crispina Homes including J. Lucas and P. Mabini Sts. in Bgys. Barihan and Santisima Trinidad, Malolos City; Sta. Monica Park Subd. and Mary Grace Village; Bgys. Agnaya and Sto. Niño in Plaridel.
• Portion of Gov. Padilla Road from P. Reyes St. to Tabang Local Road in Bgy. Poblacion.
• Portion of J. Garcia St. from J. Padilla St. to near North Luzon Expressway including P. Javier, P. Reyes, Osoro and Sta. Ines Sts. in Bgys. Sta. Ines, Banga 1 and Poblacion, Plaridel.

Affected between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. are:

• Portion of Gov. Padilla Road from Doña Crispina Homes to near P. Reyes St. including Meralco – Plaridel Sector Compound in Bgy. Agnaya, Plaridel.

Meralco said it will be conducting line reconstruction works inside Riviera Residential Estates Subd. in Bgy. Biluso, Silang, Cavite on July 10.

Affected between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. are:

• Portion of Burgundy, Champagnat and Normandy Sts. including The Riviera Golf & Country Club in Riviera Residential Estates Subd., Bgy. Biluso.
