Last month, the job fairs reached a milestone with the 10,000th hire-on-the-spot, positively impacting at least 10,000 Filipino families.

SM has also developed an upskilling program, offering digital courses such as Cloud Foundation, Business Analytics, Fundamentals of Analytics and NoSQL, and Computer Security.

The courses are designed to equip employees with digital tools that enhance their productivity and professional competitiveness, said SM.

Employees receive microcredential training and short courses developed by Asia Pacific College and National University, both recognized as Centers of Excellence in Information Technology by the Commission on Higher Education.

The upskilling program is intended to be expanded to other companies and institutions.

SM said it is open to partnering with other stakeholders in job and training opportunities. Interested government agencies and private organizations can contact SM J.O.B.S. via email at [email protected].
