MANILA, Philippines — Domestic flights were cancelled due to bad weather, the country’s aviation regulator said on Wednesday.
The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) in an advisory said that the affected flights were:

PR1365 Cebu to Davao but the flight returned to Cebu, according to Davao Tower.

DG6739 Cagayan to Davao but later returned to Cagayan because of unfavorable weather.

Flight 2819 Manila to Davao was diverted to Cebu
