Shadow business secretary Jonathan Reynolds has said no final policy has been decided with regard to Labour’s reported plan to give millions of EU citizens the right to vote if the party returns to power.
“We believe if people make a contribution to this country, if they live here, there’s an argument for having them involved in that process,” he told the BBC’s Laura Kuenssberg.
