Actress and fashion icon Heart Evangelista came to the defense of fellow actress Marian Rivera after a netizen compared the two, implying that Heart had more “class.”
The comment surfaced after Evangelista posted photos and a video of her recent get-together with Anne Curtis and Solenn Heussaff on TikTok.
In the comments section, fan account @Espressoww wrote, “Ganito ang class, Marian—sa kilos, sa salita, at sa pag-uugali.”
Heart quickly responded, expressing disapproval of the remark, standing up for Marian and shutting down the comparison.
“‘Wag gano’n. Marian is a woman of her own,” she wrote.
In 2023, the two revealed that they had reconciled after a falling-out in 2011. Although they did not share details about the conflict or its resolution, both emphasized that their renewed friendship was genuine.
